Every text color on getvestal.app is checked against its background and clears WCAG 2.1 AA contrast (4.5:1 or better). Pages use a real heading hierarchy, not styled paragraphs standing in for headings. Keyboard focus stays visible as you tab through links and buttons, rather than being hidden. And the one place we use color to communicate status, the on track / drifting / out of touch pills, always carries a text label alongside the color, so nothing here depends on color alone.

The app: what we've tested so far

VESTAL for iOS hasn't shipped yet, but accessibility work is already underway, not an afterthought for later:

• Contrast. Our design system has an automated test suite that checks contrast ratios against WCAG AA for every text and background color it defines, including the muted and label inks that are easiest to get wrong.
• Dynamic Type. Key screens, including the people list, person detail, plans, settings, and connections, switch from side-by-side rows to stacked layouts at the largest accessibility text sizes, so labels and controls don't get squeezed off the edge of the screen.
• VoiceOver. Icon-only controls like Add someone, Clear search, Use my location, and Cancel carry spoken labels. VoiceOver is also told out loud when something happens quietly on screen, like a logged win or a delete that failed, so those moments aren't visual-only.

The app hasn't shipped yet; we'll update this page with what's verified when it does.
